It’s been suggested numerous time that I start a blog to chronicle life’s little adventures – and “most certainly” – my recipes. Since I just started a new job, and have a baby due in approximately 7 weeks, why not add a new blog to the mix, right?
Please know, I don’t claim to be an expert of anything. This blog is to simply let you know you’re not alone, sh!t does happen, and I truly believe a stomach full of good food can brighten anyone’s day.
I’m not a college graduate, I’ve had really random jobs, no professional food training, and while I’ve been in a relationship for 10 years, it hasn’t been without it’s hiccups. Additionally, I’m a mom – but the timing of that wasn’t exactly planned, either. If I’ve mastered anything, it’s to embrace the unexpected, and take life (and all it’s events) in stride.
As the Brian Andreas quote goes…. “If you hold on to the handle, she said, it’s easier to maintain the illusion of control. But it’s more fun if you just let the wind carry you.”
